This turned out to be a great experience for me, I was a bit hesitant because a NISSAN LEAF 100% electric is not quite a "Normal" car. I was expecting long delays because parts had to be special ordered. But NO, there were a few delays but with the daily updates from both the automated email service and my service manager, I was kept in the loop. A slight setback with the paint having some issue, but I was happy to know that they noticed and let me know they were fixing it. Great attention to details, prevented a return visit after delivery.

I was 99% satisfied, but not completely satisfied. The car battery was disconnected at pickup. The key battery was the battery that was supposed to be disconnected. Other than that, great work!
