Terrible communication and often poor customer service. Computer glitches. Trinidee never initiated contact and acted annoyed with me after I called. The front desk representative complained about his job at times and made a few inappropriate comments. Relatively minor repairs took three weeks to schedule and then five days to complete. When I dropped the car off I was told there would be a rental waiting, yet I had to wait an hour. Overall it was a very negative experience.
