My experience with service King was unsatisfying. I have dealt with several auto body repair shops in the valley for years and have never experienced such poor customer service. I feel that Service King rushed through my repair and had to make several visits back to look at my car. The first visit I noticed the panels didn't even match together and a part of the trim wasn't even connected. I sent it back and they ordered the part, that should have been done in the first place.. My second arrival I noticed that my white parchment seats had oil on them and there were scratches on the rear where modifications were made. Which for the record still looks crappy. I will say the only employee that I found helpful was Clint who did bring some clarity to the situation. Unfortunately I'm still unsatisfied with the paint job it's splotchy and doesn't seem to match the rest of my car. In the future I will look into reviews before letting my car get fixed that's for sure. After my unsatisfying feeling I got online and noticed several customers with similar complaints. And the only response they ever received is that someone will be reaching out to them. I assume that no one will be reaching out to me. I feel that in regards of making my experience better it would have helpful if Sean the manager reached out at some point but he never did! He was also hard to reach when I called in asking for him. I do plan on leaving my review online as well.
