Service King was so absolutely committed to the Geico collision side of my repair that they forgot why I actually brought the vehicle in for repairs in the first place. The driver's side door handle is completely broken and I can't enter the vehicle without entering from the passenger side and climbing over everything.
When I was contacted and given a quote I asked about the non-Geico repairs we had discussed and was told those would come separately. I never saw them or heard from anybody although I have no doubt it was in one of the 50 status update texts that they sent me somewhere. They seemed annoyed I hadn't seen this and just decided to not do the repairs altogether apparently. I did not find out about this until I was called and told the vehicle was ready.
I don't think there's much they can do at this point as now I won't have a rental vehicle provided during additional repairs and will have to make different plans.

Service King will be the only repair shop I will ever use from now on. Scheduling was a breeze, Clint was ready to receive us on our appraisal date and assured me that everything was going to be ok and our car will be well taken care of. The text updates were a great way to track the progress of the car and it was done sooner than expected. Another great feature of this location is the availability of an Enterprise car rental inside the shop. They were wonderful to work with as well.
