The repairs were not completed as required - and for what I paid for. When I picked up my car and started driving, I noticed that my rear camera and sensors were not working. I went back to Servixe King and they tried to fix it but couldn’t. I was then referred to either my car dealer or a 3rd party.
A 3rd party is hopefully coming to fix the issue next week. What is not clear is how the billing will be handled. What I do know is that I am not paying the 3rd party directly - that is the responsibility of Service King as the component should have been repaired correctly the first time and for the fee I paid.
