The guy that was supposed to meet me was. It there,
The rental car was not there and would not be available for a week
Unless I wanted a two wheel drive in the snow storm. Finally I was given the shop truck which was nearly out of gas ( I put 10 in it) and had nearly bald tires.
The re eptiomist blamed the rental car problem with you guys making the reservation with the call center. She said it happens all the time. I asked why she could. It make the reservations herself and the answer was 'corporate' does allow that.
Last, I was told the car would be ready on Sat morning so
I arrived at 8 am which is the opening hour on the door.
No one arrived until 8:35. Apparently the Sat hours have changed but no one took the time or had the inclination to change the sign.
The work in my Tahoe is fine. But your front of the house operations are sub standard.
