I went to pick up my vehicle on a Thursday evening after the body shop was closed due to my work schedule. I was told I could go to the service dept. and they would have my paperwork but when I got there they could not find my info. I thought I was going to be out of luck but Nick came over and was able to get my info and keys from the shop. He was extremely nice! Also, Mike called me the next day to apologize and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. He too was very nice! I was kept informed the whole time my Jeep was being fixed which I greatly appreciated. Thanks!
