I was not updated on the status of my vehicle or anything until my car was in the shop for almost two weeks. It wasn't until I called to inquire about the status that I was updated. Also when I picked up my vehicle there were clear errors on my vehicle that weren't addressed and corrected. I still have to bring my car back for them to fix the issues. I don't see the quality that I've known to be associated with the BMW and Nalley name. I will not be a repeat customer and I will discourage everyone that I can to stay away from this collision center.
