I received texts all week informing me my truck would be ready Friday at 5pm. My truck was not ready and so I am not satisfied at all. Why go to the trouble of sending the text updates on a daily basis when it was all lies? Additionally, I had to call the shop to confirm it would be done as promised. That's when I was told it would not be ready. Why didn't someone from the shop call and let me know they wouldn't do as promised? Your automated texts are absolutely useless since they mean nothing. I even received a text "confirming" I picked up my truck even after I'd been told it wasn't ready......
