The staff at Metro Collision are very nice a proffesional, I've personally been working with the rep Polly she was very efficient in keeping in me inform on the status of my vehicle via phone and email, whenever I missed her call she left a very detailed message in which I appreciate very much. When I picked up vehicle I met the shop manager, I can't remember his name but he was also very kind and professional he was nice enough to have my vehicle re- washed before I left. There also another young guy there I never got his name but he was very helpful with helping me transfer my items from therental car into my own car. I loved the service and professionalism that's hard to come by these days, I would definitely recommend Metro to friends & family.

I found the experience was wonderful. In a time were good customer service is hard to find, I have nothing but good things to say about Metro Collision. My car has never looked better and they were able to work around my crazy 2 job schedule. Polly was on top of everything and was there to answer any questions I had in an extremely quick time frame.
