As reported before I was mostly very satisfied with the care and repair of my car, however I said "NO" in order to have the opportunity to address two things I am noticing as time goes on. ****. Sometimes I cannot open the back hatch even though the unlock feature has been used on either (or both) the "door unlock" or the remote. 2. The glass in the new back window (the hatch ?) has a shadow-type checker board vision in the glass that I did not have before. It impairs the clarity of the back window. I have intended to stop at your office to address these concerns but it hasn't been convenient to do so. I appreciate this opportunity to discuss these things with you. Martha B

This is the second car I've brought to you with body damage. Luckily it was just a broken tail light and bumber. Still the same level of service and professionalism that I've come to know from previous experiences. Repair was completed promptly to my satisfaction and little to no complication in dealing with my insurance.
