With out asking or notifying us they did more repairs than originally talked about and hit us with a 4800 dollar bill and Alfonso was completely unprofessional about the whole situation did not want to honor the original price even after we showed prove of the quote .

If you are told an price in the beginning and then the price goes up because the dealership decides to raise the price and Cheneys database doesn’t have the correct pricing, then it should be unfair for the customer to pay the difference.
