Tim is fantastic. He kept me updated and informed and would not accept second rate parts like my insurance company wanted to use. Mike’s auto has always been the best and continues to show why they are a preferred shop. I would never go anywhere else.

01) I can smell RADIATOR FLUID.
02) The INSIDE HOOD INSULATION is hanging.
03) The BOTTOM ENGINE COVER is hanging and scraping on the ground.
04) When I turn the wheel hard left or hard right I can hear a SCRAPING NOISE.
05) When the COMPRESSOR is on it MAKES A LOT OF NOISE.
06) When I turn the engine off, I can hear the FAN(?) winding down and SCRAPING against something. (Probably against the radiator, I guess.)
