The staff was helpful, understanding and they made me feel “special”, as though I was an important customer. They also drove me home and picked me up at home to take me back to the shop to pick up my car at exactly the time they said they would. These days it’s rare to find people who keep their promises and be on time. The repair to my car is perfect and the paint is an exact match.

the repairs were wonderful! the communication was also excellent. i really appreciated the team keeping me up to speed on what was going on!

Jesse lied about everything to get me to fix my car there. He assured me he had years of experience dealing with the insurance company and promised my Honda parts would be original parts. LIAR! Gave me the run around for days. I called the insurance, he didn't. Car was late. The 3time he said it was ready and turned out it was not. He took it to be aligned at 10am he called at 4pm said it wasn't ready yet. I showed up at shop unexpectially. He was shocked if course. He said alignment guy had it. I told him I would go get it. He said wait a minute. Went to the back and by magic my Honda was in the shop. Said the alignment giy must of dtopoed back and didn't tell him. WHAT KIND OF JOB DO YIU GUYS RUN. If you don't know where the car is at. And My gasoline wa used up about 2 quarters when I took it back. He said it only needed the alignment which wasnt dine. I took it to alignment shop the next day. And surprise it took lesd than an hour to be done. The day I took it back it was not ready it still had white dust, it was still was been worked on. He quickly did something to the ftont tire washed it and was shutting in his pants that he was caught being a BIG FAT LIAR! I had 3 work cars I wanted to fix dents and paint job. GUESS WHERE I AM NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH! DO NOT PROMISE IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER. How can a business be so corrupt. Money hungry. What goes around comes around. ALL MAGIC YOU STINK!

Well I've been getting lots of compliments on a daily bases. None of them assumed it was a brand new bike. I will definitely correct their assumption and let them know that Magic paint and body are responsible for this beautiful paint job!!!
