Told car would be ready 10 a.m. arrived 11 a.m. waited **** hour after being lied to about the car being washed when it was still at the alignment shop. Didn't get washed because I was way behind schedule and couldn't wait any longer in the uncomfortable metal chair. I don't like my time being wasted like that. Guess I'll spend Sunday cleaning up the car.
