I picked up my car to learn a part on my bumper was not replaced. There was a weather stripping, and some other new parts pieces placed in my back seat that were not used/replaced. My car was there for 20 days. I was told the part would be ordered and I can bring my car back for **** day, haven't had any follow up calls. Customer service is always good- otherwise!

The broken glass was not fully taken out of the car. My granddaughter got hurt from the glass on the cup holder. I had my cars worked on another site and gave me the car back washed and vacuum out. Besides that the everything else was good. Fast service

When I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed a blemish in the paint that was part of the repair. I let it go as the gentleman that brought my vehicle up said they could buff it out but still bothers me that the job has that imperfection considering it went through QC check. Also I noticed rattling in the front wheel well where additional work was done and when I went to check there were clips missing, which was causing the rattling so I had to buy clips and put them in myself. I even called and left a message and no one ever returned my call about it.

Overall would give an 8/10. Communication and estimated time frame were all great and accurate. Main issues are with delivery of finished vehicle, the exterior and interior were dirty and there was overspray from the painting I had to clean up myself. Biggest grievance is the bumper which was replaced, I just noticed it has contamination under the clear coat which is causing some bubbling. Today I finally got a chance to detail vehicle and just noticed.

Paul and his team were communicative and transparent with the repair process. Ultimately when my car was determined to be a total loss they went above and beyond to remove my remaining personal items when the car was being moved to a different tow yard for salvage. If I need their services in the future I would definitely go here. If I know anyone looking for a repair I would recommend them.

A key word for a great job is patience and not rushing your projects.
Working in body a bodyshop you need dedication and pation. Treat the car like if it was yours, check every little detail and detail the car to perfection. its not an easy jobs but that's what a body shop does. for what you guys are charging our insurance.
The car should be looking like a brand new car from a dealership.
