My representative's customer service was above what I usually expect from an auto body shop. Kept me updated on the timeline, gave me an estimate on when the repairs will be done, and what to expect about the process with the insurance. Made sure to note that I would be out of town for a couple days during the repair and even followed up to ask how my vacation was. Very friendly and personable and worked hard to make sure that I was happy with the repairs.
