We were called several times and told the car was being worked on and given too many vague times and dates as to when it would be ready. Then on Monday I am called the representative tells me that he has left messages, which I never received, that my car was ready... Over the weekend. I had no voice messages or missed calls. He then tells me my car is ready and that I need to pick it up by 6pm or Tuesday I'll be charged another day by the rental company for the rental car... ? When we came to pick up our car, we were charged for a tire on the line item detail sheet that explained repairable damages. But upon arrival, the tire had not been replaced. The representative told us to come back again and that he missed that. So now we have to go back again to replace the tire..
