The diagnosis of the car issues post collision was not done thoroughly and when we wanted to talk about persisting issues which were overlooked dirvto faulty diagnosis, the front desk agent did not even respond in a polite or professional manner, refused to let us talk to a mechanic as well as pass the faulty diagnosis to the insurance company.
Finally, the Eastside Subaru dealership diagnosed the issue correctly as a small bending resisting from the impact of the collision and fixed it in 40 minutes
We were unimpressed by both the careless diagnosis, presumptuous information and unprofessional conduct at Service King
We don’t plan on returning there or recommending them
