This was my first experience with Service King in Kent. They were part of the preferred repair shops within the Allstate network here in WA state.
Though the repair was a bumper replacement, I was updated throughout the process by the Dean my Service Adviser and the car was delivered on time when they promised. Car was washed and cleaned too!
