I definitely was very happy with the service I received. However, at the end I was instructed (not by Matthew, but another employee) to give only 10s in any surveys I participated in, as "anything below perfect is a fail." I highly recommend you not ASKpeople to give you all tens, as this undermines the survey process by pressuring customers to give you a fake perfect score.
