I got the car home and noticed that in addition to missing the "ESCAPE" emblem and the inside detailing, the back hatch and taillights are not flush with the side panels. I'll be contacting the service center first thing tomorrow to get it back in, after 3+ weeks of it being with you guys.

Robert was awesome! Walked me through the whole process and sent me frequent updates on my subaru. Everything from start to finish was a great experience. Made an appointment using the online contact form and started receiving text notifications re: appointment. Randy assessed and relayed what he thought needed done to repair my vehicle, then kept me up to date on changes after taking things apart and looking at the inside of the vehicle. I felt very supported along the way and everything was clearly communicated, including photos of what the technicians found. The total ended up being a bit higher than the estimate but I was made aware as it came up and the final result is my beautiful, flawless car back. Thank you!!
