I have used this company before & they did amazing work with great follow through but now this last time I brought my car back it was complete opposite. Towards the end when my car was supposed to be ready I rarely heard from someone unless I called, then they were late due to complications. When I finally got my car back everything was not set anymore such as the time or radio stations. When I turned it off & turned it back on it wouldn't start so they took it back to the shop but on the way asked for cash to put in gas when the car had gas. Once I got it back again the gas cap was then broken & it only worked for two days and now it will not start again & I can't get a hold of anyone at the shop. Not to mention their customer service was not the best during this time, I am highly disappointed & unsatisfied. I would not recommend them anymore to my friends or family after this time.
