The communication and customer service were not as great as I had hoped. I had heard good things about Service King from the insurance company but they did not inform me my car was not ready on the day it was supposed to be until about an hour beforehand. This makes coordinating cars and rides difficult. When my mom called to inquire and express her frustration (since she was helping me with transportation while my car was getting fixed) she was hung up on by the manager which is not professional. Lastly, the hood on my car seems to be slightly crooked, after all of this trouble.

Skyler, at the front desk, was fabulous. She was friendly and professional, and very sweet. My service adviser, Chris lacked the ability to communicate changes in my estimate and answer questions about without getting defensive. When I had additional questions about new charges, he said, “look, you can just come pick up your car then.” I found this behavior to be immature and totally unprofessional. After giving him a piece of my mind, he was friendly and professional. The work to my car looks great, so I appreciate that.

Dear Sirs; When I was scheduled for my original estimate, I was told it would take 3 days to complete the estimate. I went back to get it the second day to retrieve it until they could do the work and I was told they had already begun the work on my truck. I was not allowed to see it and then sent a message it would be 3 weeks before they could finish without me approving a firm estimate for work. I asked the desk person how can they start without an estimate and how much it was. She was shocked and was going to do some research and get back to me. I never received any response from her again. I received a few automated emails telling me it was going to be over 3 weeks for a fairly simple dent in 3 areas which I thought was ridiculous. When I called and inquired with my salesperson, her stated" our schedulers have overbooked us and we do not have the capacity with one paint booth to handle this much work. If I was told it would take this long and I would be "scammed" into leaving my truck from a simple estimate to not having it for 3 weeks, I would never have taken it there. This place of business is not to be trusted and will be turned into the BBB for your business practices at this store. I will be sure and spread the word to my fellow patrons and insurance company to inform the consumer before the make the same mistake I did. Sincerely, Todd A. Moorhead
