I felt the original person that did my estimate was a little pushy about my needing to make a decision at that instant about whether or not I wanted to have my car repaired or just receive a check for the cost of the damage. He said it was because of my insurance. Having had two other experiences with my insurance company regarding claims, I had never had any experience or pushiness like this before caused by my insurance company and I did not like it. It would of been nice to have someone walk around the car with me and explain what actually was completed. Service was friendly. The car looks good. The call back number that was given to me when I dropped the car off was "no longer in service."
