I dropped off my car on Sept 01, and got my incompleted car on Oct. 05. During these 35 days my car is still waiting for the part. And Servie King forgot to fix my rear view mirror and just ordered it on Oct 05. Now the only thing I can do is waiting, although I've waited for 37 days already. Even now nobody can tell when I can get my car repaired. Very dispointed with King Service!

From check-in to picking up my car, the whole process was incredibly smooth.
