The time frame I was given on my initial paperwork was 6 days, which I was told would be more like 10-12. I was finally told on day 25 that it was complete, and then someone called me the next day to say that there was actually a part missing, that hadn’t even been ordered and would not be done until the following week, on day 30. However, since they had marked it ready in the system the prior day, I then had to contact my insurance company and speak to multiple people for over an hour to get them to continue my rental car coverage. Then, although it was not complete, I ended up having to pick on day 30 anyway, because my insurance would not cover a rental any longer. The part was finally received and installed on day 32.
