The team at the West Seattle shop were very accommodating, going the extra steps, such as reserving a rental car for me and detailing my truck after repairs. Always friendly and there to answer any questions. Bryce and daphne were extremely helpful and efficient. I requested for an estimate of the damages to be done on a Saturday. Normally they don't do that on a Saturday, not enough staffing. But daphne was accommodating. she got me a saturday appt and Bruce was there to help me. I think you have a good team. I will use your services again but let's hope i don't get into another accident :)
