Communication was excellent, surpassed expectations. Time will tell on the quality of the repair, however it appeared to look as good as new.
Staff was extremely friendly and appeared genuinely concerned.
My service expectations were surpassed and I will recommend this place to friends in the future.

I was completely satisfied with everything except that when I got my car back, the check engine light was on (it wasn't on when I brought the car in) and they didn't know why. The guy at the shop is going to ask his supervisor how to proceed, so I'm confident it will eventually get resolved, but it means a bit more work for me and I wish I could've just picked the car up and everything was perfect.
