The check in process was straight forward and easy. Service King had communicated both with SAFECO and Enterprise Rental taking the coordination responsibility off my plate. Communication was transparent. 3 hours after picking up my car, the work appears to be of high quality. The check out and payment process was also straightforward and easy.
