They did an amazing job at fixing my car and making it look brand new. They kept me up to date and got it done just in time. If I ever need more repairs I'll deffiantley be going back there again for services :)

Hey just wanted to let you know, I just picked up my Jeep and all 4 tires were low. One significantly lower than the others. My tire sensor light is on as well. I drove to warm them up and they are all still super low. So I am now headed off to les schwab to get them fixed. Not quite sure why this happened, but when i dropped my car off my tires were great, and now something is wrong. Went to les schwab and they removed a nail and also added air to every tire. They said they were extremely low. When i first got in my car to leave Service King the sensor was already ringing so whoever parked my car knew of the situation and did nothing, just sent me off into the rainy night with 4 problem tires.

I would prefer not to have my car parked in the back and on the side of the shop since it was getting dark outside and there was broken glass in front of my tires so I told the employees in the shop that they may want to clean it up. With a Subaru you have to replace all four tires not just one if it can't be repaired. Probably better service if
They got my car for me.

Everything from the drop off to the pick up was extremely easy. Katherine, the person handling my claim even reached out and talked to my insurance claim when I told her about my deductible not being paid. The insurance was supposed to handle that part and I shouldn't have had a deductible, but Katherine saved me the trouble by contacting the insurance agent directly and sorting Everything out. That's serious customer service right there.
