Because my car was driven approximately 80 miles while at the shop for a repair to the bumper. I'm not a fan of having my car driven without my permission and not for 80 miles.
I took the mileage prior to and after pick up and drop off
Other than that all was fine. They let me know every step that was being done on my car. I appreciated that
