Service King Bellevue

Our service rep (Tomas Cerovsky) was good to deal with and kept us in the loop during the repair process, and the repair appears to be well done.

The employees were super helpful and friendly. The quality of work was awesome. I will definitely recommend Service King to all my friends and family. Job well done!

The repair itself looks good. Not happy with the strong solvent/paint smell inside the car.

Had to pay the remainder of the cost of the repair as I was told you didn't have a contract with the insurance company for the school district. Their bus hit his car. They were responsible. But my son's car wouldn't be released to him as $653.64 was still owing. We took the car in early March to the Redmond service king for estimate. When I called to make the appointment on the 1800 line as the papers indicated. This was in early March. We couldn't be seen at the Redmond store until April 26. But could have the car worked on if we went with the Bellevue store on March 29. We chose the Bellevue location. When we checked his car in on that day. They didn't have the estimate from the Redmond location. The woman who checked us in said she would call the Redmond location for the estimate. The next week I received a call from the Bellevue location with a new estimate as the woman never obtained the original estimate. The parts hadn't even been ordered before we took the car in for the repair. We were told the car would be ready in 39 days. From that day and not from the day we dropped off the car. I then was sent several text messages the car would be ready May 15. I called and complained. I also notified the insurance company of the bus that hit my son's car. They also contacted the Bellevue location. I called the Bellevue location this week. I was told it would be ready either Friday or early next week. Well Friday 4/12 at 6:08 pm a woman from the Bellevue location called and said the car was ready. She said they were closed but she could wait maybe 20 minutes for us to pick it up. We live 45 minutes on a good day from that location. My son had a check from the insurance company for most of the cost of the car repair. But he doesn't have a checking account or a credit card. I had to drive the 45 minutes into the Bellevue location to pay that $653.64 for him in order to have his car released to him. I will never use Service King again to repair a car of mine if there is any way to avoid it. I will not recommend your service to any one. I will tell any one who asks me about your company this story. Terriann Gates

Hope you can train more mechanics and have more parts available so repair time would be shortened and customers could expect timely repairs!

First of all when I was offered the option to use the geico express I was impressed with the partnership with service king. In addition when I called the Tesla Bellevue service center and service king was highly recommended. Daniellle worked closely with the geico representatives Jeremy plus having the enterprise car rental on site was a bonus Having traveled an hour away and bad traffic made the experience go smooo My Tesla repair was done in a day. I was extremely happy with how fast I was able to get my car in and repaired. There was plenty of communication throughout so I always knew what stage my car was in. Overall very suprised at how dedicated and professional the employees were, they represent the company very well. I would recommend Service King to others.
