On time with amazing service and follow up

Very poor initial response time from Paul. I almost took my car somewhere else as it seemed like he didn't want the business due to his delays.

Everyone was nice, and helpful, I dealt with would come back again in the future for work if needed. Thank you

Christian was awesome. Exceeded my expectations. Car was done in half the time expected. I will come back for future repairs. The Service King national hotline was confusing and always long hold times. Sometimes I just hung up instead of waiting to talk with an operator.
