I really appreciated being updated with the status of my vehicle. When answering the question "were you completely satisfied" I would have to say no. A 10/10 experience would've been:
My car was pulled around to the front for me (as I had to go out and find it)
A paper mat was not dirtied up in my driver seat
The car was cleaned (as it smelt like a mechanic shop)
The car was rinsed off (as it was left dirtier than when I dropped it off)
Other than that, every interaction I had was just fine. However, that's what I would envision for a completely satisfied experience.

First no good communication between ofice and call service
Inspection of the car before repair not done properly... I later found out other damages in kinda same location witch and stuf i havent noticed before......
Rear bumper was painted an 8 out of 10 i can see lumps.... Bunper cheaper than o had more frgile and not installed properly... When i open the trunk u can see space between bumper and car... gaps..... And when you give the car back dnt put it in the bigest sunshine so you cant see the details.....

I chose service king because my insurance company is affiliated with this location and I didn’t know any mechanic, and I am glad that I chose this place. They were very great at explaining and keeping update the process of the repair, and they finished all repair sooner than they promised. I am happy with the result too! They did even vacuum inside of my car! I totally recommend this place!
