The people at service king are very friendly. The problem is when we got our car back yesterday, the area that it was parked at was poorly lit and we couldn’t see until we got home that the bumper is crooked and now our trunk does not close correctly. Upon further inspection, the trunk lid is not lined up correctly either. I’m sure it was a mistake but frustrating to have to go through the process again.

Brandon, my service coordinator, was absolutely great! I'm not sure what his job requirements are but I'm sure that he went above that! He was running for parts and even kept me posted on progress. There was a piece that didnt show up on time which pushed back the ETA of completion... what he did for me as a comp was far beyond expectation. I will be a Service King customer for life!
