Once I scheduled the appointment everything was great. Getting the appointment took some doing. Because of work schedule I was only able to go in on a Saturday morning to have pictures taken and start the process. I left expecting a call within a couple days. After 4 days I called to see what happened and was informed I needed to come in and have pictures taken again because they didn't know if the person I talked to still had them. I told the person I was talking to that was unacceptable. She said she would do some checking and someone would get back with me. Fortunately I received an estimate and call back within an hour to schedule the work. And it was completed in 3 days - ahead of original estimate provided. Thank You!!
