It took too long to get my car back and the car was not properly fixed. The body of the car where the accident occurred looks good from the outside but I am still having issues when making a right turn with the car. There is a lot of noise. They car should have been fixed. I am still going back and forth with Chesapeake collision to get the car fixed properly. It’s too stressful. I made the complaint of the noise in the car from day one of the car accident to the manager when I dropped my car off with them. Fast forward 4 months later am still hearing the same noise.

Passenger mirror was not fixed. Didn’t discover this until after you had closed.
I also requested the driver side fender and headlight be looked at from a previous repair as it is not int right position and it doesn’t appear that was done either.

First of all thank you to the Chesapeake Collision Team for their work. I do not have any complaints on the work done and so far everything look great. I really only have a minor complaint about the rental and that the air freshener in the rental should be changed it was nauseating. Aside from the small issue everything was near perfect.
