Yes I'm satisfied with the repair. But the estimator name Misha was very disrespectful to me. I try to spoke with her couple times about my car she was very rude to me. The 3rd time she called me to tell me-my car will not be ready the day I supposed to pick it up. When I asked her a question she don't even answer me She just hung up the phone on me. I don't need to be treated like this. If wasn't for the manager name Cory Ford. I'll never going back to that place! I have Civic and crosstour I am a costumer of curry Honda for the last 2 years I never had this kind of experience. I'm just a customer I don't do anything wrong! I don't know why she treated me this way? I'm hurt I know English is my second language but I speak and I understand very well but I don't like it when I got treated like this. Thanks for giving me a chance to explain.

Suggestion: My 2 day repair took 5 days due to parts availability. It would have been better to check parts availability prior to time estimate. That would save time & $s for both Curry Honda & me.
