Haven't had to deal with body repairs/ accidents but this experience was helped by all concerned knowing their jobs very well. USAA had everything rolling the following morning when I called your shop. Your business took the next step and had estimate in the system with repairs starting in 4 days with parts in hand. Nine days from accident to driving off your lot with excellent repairs and all pretty from the detail as well.
Thanks for dealing with my 'cranky' mode and making it better with a job well done.
