When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was residue on the front of the hood and light. It was very visible and I had to point that out. They just buffed it out to resolve that issue. I was told that a clear coat was going to be put on the remainder of the car so that it would blend with the part of the vehicle that was painted and that was not done. Your website mentions a wash and vacuum when finished, that was not done either.

Recommend strict restriction of employees using customers vehicles for whatever reasons, additional mileage and reducing the possibility of employee accidents to vehicle.

I would rate Service King’s workmanship a 10; however I am very displeased that a repairman made a permanent indentation into the solid leather lip on the front passenger seat of my Lexus GX 460 SUV which is completely noticeable and which almost left a hole into the leather!
