I was asked to bring my car back on Monday, when my appointment was for the Wednesday before. Robert said "it was best for everyone if we had you bring your car in on Monday". Yet didn't explain why. It was very inconvenient for us and we had to pay for our lease to be extended. No reason for this to happen.

Brian gave great customer service and was very thorough in explaining the process of the repair. The repair was completed 3 days before the estimated date of completion. At pickup, the Service King warranty was explained as well as how the vehicle should be cared for in the upcoming weeks and months. The vehicle was clean and ready to go upon arrival. I do recommend this body shop. Everyone was professional from start to finish.
