Instead of replacing my rim it was "buffed" out. Which was pointless since it looks horrible is still marked up and damaged. The clear coat was taken off part of my door which was not even damaged so there was no need for that part of my car to be worked on. I will never take my vehicle to any Kenny Ross collision center to be worked on ever again. I will make sure that I warn people about the sloppy, shotty work that comes out of this shop. I will also make sure to never purchase a car from Kenny Ross and discourage others from doing so as well. This is the second car to be "fixed" or "worked" on and the second vehicle I was horrified with the results of the repairs. I gave you guys a second shot at a loyal customer and a promoter of your business. I will not make that mistake again. You do not go the extra mile to make sure your customers are satisfied. You couldn't be bothered to check to see if the repairs done were correct. Do not contact and bother me I will be taking my car to be repaired from the shotty disgusting work that came from your shop to a reputable, trusted body shop that I know does an outstanding job and cares about their business and customer satisfaction.
