We were very satisfied with how the vehicle came out. What were weren't happy with was the lack of communication and the 29 business days it took to repair the damage. We never received an estimate on paper, only a phone call saying the approximate estimate. This estimate changed multiple times as well. We were never given a date or an estimated date when the vehicle would be finished. We were either lied to or there was a lack of "communication" multiple times when we were called about updates. Apparently our vehicle was in paint for multiple weeks because we were told that on 3 different occasions. Honesty and integrity go a long way and we don't think ABRA embodied either.
