Firstly, there was a significant delay in completing my car's repair. I was initially given an estimated timeline of 6 weeks, but it ended up taking almost 4 months to get my car back. This delay caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my daily routine.
I also found the communication throughout the process to be inadequate. There were minimal updates provided regarding the progress of the repair, and when I attempted to contact your customer service for clarification, I encountered difficulties in reaching a representative. Prompt and clear communication is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

I had to take the car to the Honda dealer because the tire pressure light would not turn off - this should have been fixed while in your care for over two and a half months. Also, a tire was missing one lock, which I had to pay for a new one. The dealer also told me that the windshield washer was leaking. I will be bringing the car back to you for a repair that should have been recognized and fixed.

I would never recommend that place to anyone. This center did a very bad job for three months with my car they gave it to me scratched and with unrepaired damage and they charged almost 12 thousand pesos to the insurance for a super deficient job, it was a scam. I had to take it again and they didn't finish it. They are lousy and unprofessional.

Ernie, Please contact me regarding the plastic panels (behind each of the side windows) to replace the ones overlooked on the initial repair to my 2020 Mazda Miata. There are 3 stress fractures (cracks) on each panel, which were obviously a result of the accident. You told me two weeks ago when we met in person that you would be ordering two new panels.
