I had to go back for a part that came in. Scott was my service writer at the time, but was in a meeting so somebody else helped me out that day. I noticed that I wasn't able to find my car tuner so I told the employee. He immediately got defensive and said, "we would never take anything out of a customers vehicle," in front of the main lobby out loud. It was not only embarsssing for me but offensive. He assumed that I thought someone had stole my tuner. I did not think that was the case because my vintage raybans were still in the car and those were worth a hell of a lot more. That man could have handled the situation differently and more professionally. I later on found my tuner was way in the back of my trunk.

I brought my vehicle in for rock damage. When I picked it up I noticed that some of the chips were not repaired. Paula's explanation was that they were on the fenders and they were not included in the estimate. She then went on to say that she went over the quote with me, which was not true. No one ever sat down with me to explain what was being repaired and what wasn't. I recieved an email from another male employee, and then a phone call from her telling me when to bring my vehicle in. My understanding was that all rock damage, to include the windshield was being repaired to the front of the vehicle. It's ridiculous that my insurance paid you over $2600 and you avoided repairing chips that were exactly adjacent to the hood and bumper on the front, even if it was on the "fender". On top of that, my headlights have over spray on them from the paint. This entire experience was horrible, and I've already spoken to USAA about your service and over charging for half a repair. I hope they chose another business to take care of military members in that area. It's not fair to us or USAA to have to deal with such terrible service.
