Overall it was a good experience!I did have to come back for my signal light being out. I felt like that should've been checked before I got my car.I had to reset my time and date.There was chalk like or paint residue on my car.I was very satisfied with enterprise!

Original verbal quote and discussion was for -470. Based off that discussion I authorized repairs. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle the cost was -640. Once the value had changed I ahould have been contacted by phone for authorization. When I discussed this with the agent he said he would call me by the end of the day with resolution. It has been 2 days and I have yet to be contacted. Additionally, the front clerk was rude and impersonal when dealing with my wife at the time of vehicle pickup.
