Part delivery was delayed due to poor followup by Craft. This caused my vehicle to be in the shop for ****.5 weeks longer than original estimate.
At pickup during inspection with Craft Representative:
****. The door gasket was loose and falling from its proper location. Representative remounted this. Hopefully it will stay.
2. Plastic piece on inside of door near latch was loose. Further inspection revealed that locking tabs on this piece were broken and the solution was to tape the piece into place.
3. During the time my vehicle was located at Craft, someone backed my vehicle into a dirt pile as evidenced by hitch being full of dirt. This should not have happended but if it did happen it should have been cleaned up which it wasn't. Representative did offer to spray it out after I pointed it out to him. In my frustration and wanting to get off of your lot I declined.
Overall, I am unsatisfied with the poor management of this project, with the lack of attention to detail, with the appearance of rushed repairs and with the additional damage which could have occurred due to improper driving of my vehicle.
