We purchased a new Honda Accord Hybrid. Unfortunately, within a week, someone rear ended us. Fortunately, the damage was not severe. We decided to take the car to Craft Collision due to the Craft/Honda connection. The car was repaired. Upon inspection, the car had sanding marks in the base coat, and "dingle berries" were in the clear coat. After complaining, the car was returned to the shop where the "dingle berries" were removed. Unfortunately, the base coat could not be repaired. We needed the vehicle, so we had to take it with us. Upon further inspection at our home, we discovered a hair in the clear coat!
Chad was great during the entire process. He was completely professional. He even offered to have the car fixed and provide a rental car upon our return.
The point is that I expected better workmanship from the Craft group. This is a 4,000.00 repair and it should have been perfect when we picked the car up. Dropping the car off again will be a huge hassle, which we do not need.

I found an area on the bumper on the side above the tire that they had neglected to buff out. Fortunately I noticed it while I was still in the parking lot and they were able to take care of it but it was a case of their not seen a fairly obvious scratch mark on the car that was also part of the collision.

The seams and panels on our vehicle did not line up. While we pointed this out it was stated that there had been a lot of human error that week and they acknowledged that the repair was not up to standard. This made us feel that we would have been given the car with the knowledge that it was not done correctly and that it was hoped that we would not notice. This lead my husband to say some things he regrets. And he does feel bad about that, however the fact remains that the work to our car was not done at the levels I was promised. I was told the car would be like new.

My car was repaired quite well! I have no complaints about it at all. The only downside to my experience was picking up the car. I received a call at about 2:30 pm from Craft stating that my car was ready for pickup. So I turned my rental car into Enterprise, and one of their employees gave me a ride to Craft, arriving at about 2:50. I was then told the car wouldn't be ready until 4 pm, so I had to sit there for an hour and do nothing. An hour of my time is precious--I am a teacher and administrator who works at least 70 hours a week if not more. If I had known it wouldn't be ready until 4, I would have waited until then or brought work with me.
