For the first car that I sent in there was communication. For my daughter's car there was no communication. I was told it would be done on Tuesday. I received no phone call or any other type of communication. When u called on Tuesday afternoon to find out when it could be picked up. I was placed on hold and the. Told it wouldn't be done until late Wednesday. I had to arrange for the rental to be extended and then the pick up was not when I was promised and I was late getting to my afternoon job. Very disappointing that the **** was really dropped on this one

Craft did a great job on the work they preformed on my SUV but they did not go above and beyond their duties to make sure my vehicle was fixed completely. I had to take it to another shop to get more work done that should have been done the first time. Finally I fill safe enough to drive my vehicle out of state now!!!!!!
